HOT Red Carpet Dress Trend of the Year: The "Peplum" Skirt

Today I am happy to say I learned something new! I learned what a "Peplum" skirt is and I'm super excited about it! If you've watched ANY of the red carpet shoes, you've seen this type of skirt or dress bottom.  It is HOT HOT HOT for 2010. It is basically an extra piece of fabric that forms a perfect ruffle over the hips.  The great part about this trend is that it will make your waist look super small and your hips super sexy.  We all need that don't we?

Michelle Monaghan looks amazing in this cute fuchsia number with a slight or half "Peplum" skirt.
