As a Fashion and Reality TV lover, I'm always looking for the latest Red Carpet looks at the cheapest prices.  For this particular blog post, I'd like to know who you think wore this crazy ensemble best and would you wear it?

Even more exciting news, this photo is from the New Sex and The City 2 Movie coming out May 27th! CAN NOT WAIT! Miley has a cameo in the film and the two show up at a premiere wearing the same dress by designer Matthew Williamson. 

I'm pretty sure you all are going to say that this outfit is a little bit more age appropriate for Miley Cyrus, but hey, if you look like Kim Cattral then why not? Right? Well in the movie, Kim buys the dress to look "young and hot."
